Vertical Wall Run

A verticle wall run is a move in which the person runs towar a wall and uses forward momentum to travel upward. A verticle wall run has to be at the right speed or you will either run right into the wall if your going to fast, or just slide right off if your going to slow. It should be done with the chest pointed upwards and is most easily with shoes that grip well and a surface that will provide resistance such as a brick wall.
